Public Transportation

There are two bus systems in Lawrence, one operated by the City of Lawrence and one operated by the University of Kansas.  Both of these bus systems will be free when you have your KU ID card.  You will be able to obtain your KU ID card after your check-in with International Programs.  You will receive a bus guide during the check-in meeting, but if you need additional guides they will be located in buses and are free.  Another option is to use Google Maps and use the directions feature to find out route times.
