J-1 Application

download user manual (pdf)

International Programs has transitioned to using online submission of e-forms to process J-1 scholar requests.  Your first step should be to request access to iHawk.  Once you have direct access you will be able to submit requests to International Programs in iHawk.  You will be able to manage and track individual cases in iHawk.

J-1 Extension

Department Users must begin the J-1 extension process in iHawk. You can review conditions that have to be met to before any extension can be approved.  There is no user manual for the J-1 Extension process because it is very simple and straight forward.  If you have problems navigating iHawk please contact an advisor in International Programs.

H-1B Applications

Please continue to use the fill-able pdf files to submit an H-1B application request to International Programs.
