iHawk is a web-based electronic system designed to allow departments and scholars/employees to submit request forms to International Programs and their department for review and approval. This system is designed to increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy of the application process. iHawk will eliminate unnecessary delays and data entry errors while streamlining the process. If you need assistance with iHawk, you can consulate the appropriate iHawk manual or contact IP staff for assistance (Shawn Wettlaufer 4-4146 or swettlauf@ku.edu or Access Request issues ihawk@ku.edu)
iHawk is used by the international offices at KU (International Student Services and International Programs) to fulfill the institution's obligations in monitoring and reporting to the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State and the Department of Labor for international students, employees and scholars. The iHawk system has a nightly interface through which it receives international student and employee records from KU's PeopleSoft system.
